Christmas time is here!
Stockings, presents, carols and trees,
hot cocoa, shopping, and candy please!
This is my favorite time of year,
so just have a big cup of cheer!
But the true meaning of Christmas doesn’t come in all of the presents, the true meaning of Christmas is full of events!
Spend time with your family, friends , and just realize,

This assignment for making a poem made me think a lot about my beliefs and values. I put my thinking of my opinions about Christmas and what I believe. In this poem, I show what I think of the true meaning of Christmas is. This poetry unit helped me show what I believe and what I value in my life. It also helped me put my thinking into poems and how to express my feelings. I really like my poetry unit!
